An established supplier and wholesaler to fashion retailers in both the UK and Europe is looking for an receptionist/admin assistant to help on their expanding womenswear range. It is important that the candidate is focused, level headed with a confident and excellent telephone manner with an interest in furthering their career. The successful candidate will be having good written and oral communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential.
Responsibilities includes:
• Manning reception desk and be the first point of contact for all calls of our clients and supplier
• Collection of parcel, samples photo taking and uploading online
• Delivery booking online
• Data Entry on the system with good accuracy and speed
• Assist with photocopying, filing and faxing
• Making teas and coffee for customer
• Ordering lunch for the managers and meetings
• General office duties as require
